San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Huangyuan County is located in the west of Xining City. Chengguan Town, the county seat, is 52 kilometers away from the provincial capital Xining. The total area is 1509 square kilometers. The total population is 135004 (end of 2009). Mainly Han nationality, as well as Hui, Tibet, Mongolia, Tu and so on. Huangyuan County originally had jurisdiction over 2 towns, 6 townships and 1 ethnic township: Chengguan Town, Dahua Town, Dongxia Township, Riyue Tibetan Township, Heping Township, Bohang Township, Shenzhong Township, Bayan Township, Sizhai Township. The county people's government is stationed in chengguan town. On September 25, 2018, he won the honorary title of "2018 e-commerce into rural comprehensive demonstration county" of the Ministry of Commerce. In October 2018, it won the national leading area for the integration and development of the primary, secondary and tertiary industries in rural areas. On December 29, 2018, the sixth national unity and progress demonstration zone was named by the State ethnic Affairs Commission.
