San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Huichuan District, which belongs to Zunyi City, Guizhou Province, is located in the north of Guizhou Province and is the economic, political and cultural center of Zunyi City. It was established in May 2004 with the approval of the State Council. The area covers an area of 712 square kilometers, with an area of 18437 hectares of cultivated land. It has jurisdiction over 6 streets, 8 towns, 56 administrative villages and 35 communities. Huichuan District has a unique location and convenient transportation. Located in the joint of Chongqing "one-hour economic circle" and the industrial belt of central Guizhou, it is not only the core area of the comprehensive economic zone in northern Guizhou, but also an important economic and cultural intersection area between southern Chongqing and northern Guizhou.
