San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Jixi County, which belongs to Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, is located in the south of Anhui Province, one of the six counties of Huizhou, one of the birthplaces of Huizhou culture, known as "the hometown of Huizhou chefs", "no town without emblem, no street without achievements", now under the jurisdiction of Xuancheng City. Jixi is located in the mountainous area of southern Anhui, located in the combination zone of Huangshan Mountains and West Tianmu Mountains, the Yangtze River system and Qiantang River system watershed, Linan City to the east, Ningguo City and Jingde County to the north, Jingde County to the west, Huangshan District of Huangshan City and Shexian County to the west, and Shexian County to the south; between latitude 29 °57 °30 °20 north and longitude 118 °20 °E; the total area of the county is 1126 square kilometers; it has jurisdiction over 8 towns and 3 townships.
