San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.
Stone Forest Yi Autonomous County, formerly known as Lunan Yi Autonomous County, is an outer suburb county under the jurisdiction of Kunming City, Yunnan Province. It was renamed because of the Stone Forest Geopark in the territory. Stone Forest Yi Autonomous County is located in the east of Yunnan Province, bordering Luxi County and Maitreya City of Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture in the east and south, Luliang County in Qujing City in the north, and Yiliang County in Kunming City in the west and northwest. By the end of 2015, Stone Forest Yi Autonomous County covers an area of 1777 square kilometers, with jurisdiction over one street, three towns and one township, 89 village committees and four community neighborhood committees, with a permanent population of 258000, with 35.8% of the population of ethnic minorities. Reconfirm the national health county (township) in 2018. On September 4, 2019, Stone Forest Yi Autonomous County was selected as the first batch of national global tourism demonstration areas. 2019
