San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Ningming County is located in the southwest border of Guangxi, bordering Luping County, Gaolu County, Tingli County, Lang Shan Province, Vietnam, and Pingliao County, Guangning Province. The county covers an area of 3705 square kilometers and has jurisdiction over 7 towns, 6 townships, 3 overseas Chinese farms, 162 administrative villages (communities) and 1086 natural villages, with a total population of 440000. Zhuang, Han, Yao and other ethnic groups live together, of which the Zhuang population accounts for 82.9%. There are Aidian national first-class ports and Aidian, Bandang, Beishan three border exchange points, the border line is 212 kilometers long, is the longest land border county in Guangxi. Ningming is rich in resources and excellent ecology, with an area of 1.25 million mu of arable land, an annual output of 100000 tons of grain and 3 million tons of sugarcane, a total forest area of 3.35 million mu and a forest coverage rate of 60.4%. It is a "national advanced county for grain production" and "national sucrose production base county".
