San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.
Xingwen County, which belongs to Yibin City, Sichuan Province, is located in the southeast of Yibin City, adjacent to Xuyong County in the southeast, Weixin County in Yunnan Province in the south, Gong County in the west, Changning in the northwest, and Naxi District in Jiang'an and Luzhou City in the north, with a total area of 1379.89 square kilometers. Xingwen County has a long history and is the place where the ancient Han people thrived and finally died out. The county with the largest population of Miao people in Sichuan Province is the main birthplace of the early revolution in southern Sichuan and the route of the Red Army northward to resist Japan. Sichuan-Yunnan-Guizhou border region of the Red Army guerrilla column of the main origin and transfer places, rich national culture, red culture, local culture and customs, has left Yang Shengan inscription and Zhu de poems. It has national key scenic spots, World Geopark and National AAAA tourist scenic spot-- "Xingwen Shihai". Its core scenic spot is very large in the world.
