San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Zhengding County is located in the southwest of Hebei Province and the Jizhong Plain in the middle of the North China Plain. In ancient times, it was called Changshan and Zhengding. It was once called "Sanxiong Town in the North" with Beijing and Baoding. It is a famous historical and cultural city of the country and the hometown of Chinese folk art. It is also the hometown of Zhao Tuo, the centenarian emperor and General Zhao Yun, the ever-winning general. By 2010, there were 9 national level cultural relics protection units and 6 provincial level cultural relics protection units. Zhengding County is located between longitude 114 °23km east and latitude 37 °58km north, 258km north of the capital Beijing, 350km away from Tianjin Xingang Port, 300km east of Huanghua Port, 160km west of Taiyuan, and south of Shijiazhuang City, the provincial capital. There are Zhengding International Airport, high-speed rail, bullet train, Beijing-Zhuhai, Beijing-Kunming and Shihuang expressways.
