San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Xingping, a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province, administered by Xianyang City, is located in the middle of Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi Province, longitude 108 °17049 "~ 108o 37707" east, latitude 34 °12550 "~ 34 °260053" north, with a total area of 507.43 square kilometers. Xingping belongs to the warm temperate zone semi-humid semi-arid continental monsoon climate. It has the characteristics of rain and heat in the same season and four distinct seasons. As of 2018, Xingping has jurisdiction over 5 streets and 8 towns, and the municipal government is stationed in Dongcheng streets. As of 2018, the total registered population of Xingping was 556088 (excluding the population of Xixian New area). Xingping, formerly known as "Huai Li", was originally Xingping County. On June 18, 1993, Xingping was approved by the State Council to withdraw the county and set up a city. Xingping Xiwu Office, Fuzhai Town, Dongcheng Office part of the area belongs to Xianyang
