Fushun, a prefecture-level city under the jurisdiction of Liaoning Province, is an important industrial base in Liaoning Province and the deputy central city of Shenyang Economic Zone. It is located in the east of Liaoning Province, bordering Jilin Province in the east, 45 kilometers away from the provincial capital Shenyang in the west, bordering Tieling in the north and Benxi in the south.
