San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Yunxiao County (ancient Yunxiao Hall, Zhangzhou capital) is located on the southern coast of Fujian Province. It is located between 23 °45km north latitude and 117o 07km east longitude, with an area of 1054.3 square kilometers and a population of 416000 (sixth census). The county has Zhangzhao Expressway crossing, 24.8km in the territory, and 400.7 km in the trunk of National Highway 324 and Provincial Highway 210,211. Inland navigation 30 kilometers, coastal ships can directly reach Dongshan, Xiamen and other places, there is Xiamen-Shenzhen railway transit. The topography of Yunxiao County tilts from northwest to south, the northeast, west and southwest edges are mountainous, and the middle to southeast is the coastal plain. The coastline is 48 kilometers long. The Zhangjiang River flows through the county, and Fengtou Reservoir and eastward are built in the upper reaches.
