San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

It is under the jurisdiction of Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, located in the west of Hangjiahu Plain in the Yangtze River Delta, and the county government is located in Wukang Street. The county has jurisdiction over 4 streets and 8 towns. The land area is 937.95 square kilometers, with an east-west span of 55.95km and a north-south span of 29.92km. The territory has scenic spots such as Mogan Mountain, Xiazhu Lake, Xinshi ancient town, French mountain residence Naked Heart Valley and so on. Deqing is known as "the scenic spot of famous mountains, the land of fish and rice, the house of silk, the land of bamboo and tea, and the land of culture". In 2018, Deqing County achieved a regional GDP of 51.7 billion yuan, an increase of 8%; total financial revenue of 10.08 billion yuan, an increase of 20.4%, of which local revenue was 5.91 billion yuan, an increase of 21.5%; urban and rural residents
