San Diego (/ˌsæn diˈeɪɡoʊ/ SAN dee-AY-goh, Spanish: [san ˈdjeɣo]; Spanish for 'Saint Didacus') is a city on the Pacific Ocean coast of Southern California located immediately adjacent to the Mexico–United States border. With a 2020 population of 1,386,932, it is the eighth most populous city in the United States and the seat of San Diego County, the fifth most populous county in the United States, with 3,338,330 estimated residents as of 2019. The city is known for its mild year-round climate, natural deep-water harbor, extensive beaches and parks, long association with the United States Navy, and recent emergence as a healthcare and biotechnology development center. San Diego is the second largest city in the state of California, after Los Angeles.

Weishi County, located in the eastern plain of Henan Province, belongs to Kaifeng City, Henan Province. It is bordered by Tongxu and Fugou County to the east, Qianling and Changge County to the south, Xinzheng County to the west, Xiangfu District and Zhongmou County to the north. It is 40.77km long from north to south and 43.76km wide from east to west, with a total area of about 1307.7 square kilometers and a total population of 810000 (2000). Weishi County Party Committee and Weishi County people's Government are stationed in Chengguan Town. Wei's ancient name is "Weizhou". It is a county with economic management and power expansion in Henan Province, a county with preferential electricity prices, a Zhongyuan textile industrial base in Henan Province, which is one of the eight characteristic bases approved by the provincial government, and a Weishi high-efficiency agricultural demonstration park recognized by the province.
