Columbus (/kəˈlʌmbəs/) is the state capital and the most populous city in the U.S. state of Ohio. With a 2020 census population of 905,748, it is the 14th-most populous city in the U.S., the second-most populous city in the Midwest, after Chicago, and the third-most populous state capital. Columbus is the county seat of Franklin County; it also extends into Delaware and Fairfield counties. It is the core city of the Columbus metropolitan area, which encompasses 10 counties in central Ohio. The metropolitan area had a population of 2,138,926 in 2020, making it the largest entirely in Ohio[a] and 32nd-largest in the U.S.

Columbus originated as numerous Native American settlements on the banks of the Scioto River. Franklinton, now a city neighborhood, was the first European settlement, laid out in 1797. The city was founded in 1812 at the confluence of the Scioto and Olentangy rivers, and laid out to become the state capital. The city was named for Italian explorer Christopher Columbus. The city assumed the function of state capital in 1816 and county seat in 1824. Amid steady years of growth and industrialization, the city has experienced numerous floods and recessions. Beginning in the 1950s, Columbus began to experience significant growth; it became the largest city in Ohio in land and population by the early 1990s. The 1990s and 2000s saw redevelopment in numerous city neighborhoods, including Downtown.

Sanshui District is located in central Guangdong Province, northwest of Foshan City, northwest of the Pearl River Delta, between 22 degrees 58 minutes north latitude and 23 degrees 34 minutes north latitude, 112 degrees 46 minutes east longitude and 113 degrees 02 minutes east longitude. It is adjacent to Huadu District of Guangzhou City to the east, Nanhai District of Foshan City to the southeast, Sihui City to the northwest, Qingcheng District and Qingxin District of Qingyuan City to the north, and Gaoyao City and Gaoming District of Foshan City across the Xijiang River. Sanshui District has more than 200,000 (2010) overseas Chinese and compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, which is one of the famous hometown of overseas Chinese in Guangdong Province. Sanshui topography inclines from northwest to southeast, with high hills in northwest, alluvial plain and low hills in southeast, and confluence of Beijiang, Xijiang and Suijiang. Sanshui is also named because of the confluence of the three rivers. and has written "China's first rich and longevity hometown", "the Beverage Capital of China", "National Food"

Foshan Shadi Airport (Foshan Shadi Airport, IATA: FUO, ICAO: ZGFS), referred to as "Foshan Airport", is located at the intersection of Chanxi Avenue and Airport Road, Shishan Town, Nanhai District, Foshan City, Guangdong Province, China, 7.5 kilometers away from the center of Foshan in the southeast. Kilometers, 21.5 kilometers away from the center of Guangzhou in the northeast, it is a 4C-level military-civilian airport and a China United Airlines airport   .
In 1954, Foshan Shadi Airport was completed and opened to navigation, and it was a military airport; in 1988, Foshan Shadi Airport opened civil aviation services; on November 1, 2002, Foshan Shadi Airport's civil aviation services were suspended; on November 18, 2009, Foshan Shadi Dyke airport resumes civil aviation operations     .
As of April 2020, the terminal building of Foshan Shadi Airport covers an area of ​​more than 4,000 square meters, and there are 10 civil aviation seats on the apron, all of which are class C seats; the runway is 2,800 meters long and 45 meters wide; it can meet the annual passenger throughput 1 million user needs   .
In 2021, Foshan Shadi Airport will handle a total of 604,645 passengers, a year-on-year increase of 25.0%, ranking 119th in the country; cargo and mail throughput will be 2.6 tons, a year-on-year decrease of 53.6%, ranking 225th in the country; aircraft take-offs and landings will be 6,154 , a year-on-year increase of 37.6%, ranking 149th in the country   .
