Fresno (/ˈfrɛznoʊ/) is a major city in the San Joaquin Valley of California, United States. It is the county seat of Fresno County and the largest city in the greater Central Valley region. It covers about 115 square miles (300 km2) and had a population of 542,107 in 2020, making it the fifth-most populous city in California, the most populous inland city in California, and the 34th-most populous city in the nation. The Metro population of Fresno is 1,008,654 as of 2022.

Named for the abundant ash trees lining the San Joaquin River, Fresno was founded in 1872 as a railway station of the Central Pacific Railroad before it was incorporated in 1885. It has since become an economic hub of Fresno County and the San Joaquin Valley, with much of the surrounding areas in the Metropolitan Fresno region predominantly tied to large-scale agricultural production. Fresno is near the geographic center of California, approximately 220 miles (350 km) north of Los Angeles, 170 miles (270 km) south of the state capital, Sacramento, and 185 miles (300 km) southeast of San Francisco. Yosemite National Park is about 60 miles (100 km) to the north, Kings Canyon National Park 60 miles (100 km) to the east, and Sequoia National Park 75 miles (120 km) to the southeast.

Fresno is also the third-largest majority-Hispanic city in the United States; 50.5% of its population was Hispanic in 2020. Since 2010, statewide droughts in California have further strained both Fresno's and the entire Central Valley's water security.

Wan Li District is located in the western suburbs of Nanchang, 18 kilometers away from the center of the city. It is adjacent to the newly-built area in the southeast, Anyi County in the west and Yongxiu County in the north. The total area of the region is 251 square kilometers. The population is 90,000 (2013), of which the non-agricultural population is 37274. The district has jurisdiction over two streets in front of the station, two streets of Happiness Street and four towns of Zhaoxian Town, Meiling Town, Luoting Town and Taiping Town. There are 11 communities (neighborhood committees) and 37 administrative villages. District government is stationed in Zhaoxian town. The main rivers are Jinjiang River, Ganjiang River tail and Xiushui tributary Liaohe. Belongs to the subtropical monsoon humid weather, the rainfall is abundant, the sunshine is abundant, the annual precipitation is 1700 mm, the annual average temperature is 14.5 ℃-17.6 ℃. Hongya Danjing, one of the ten scenes of Yuzhang, is a cultural relic protection unit at the provincial level. The scenic spots are Meiling, a national key scenic spot.
Airport In Wanli Distric - Nanchang Changbei International Airport
Nanchang Changbei International Airport (Nanchang Changbei International Airport, IATA: KHN, ICAO: ZSCN), located in Nanchang City, Jiangxi Province, China, about 28 kilometers away from Nanchang City, is a 4E-level civil transport airport.
Nanchang Changbei Airport started construction on October 20, 1996, and was completed and put into use on September 10, 1999. In February 2004, Nanchang Changbei Airport passed the inspection and acceptance of foreign aircraft and was promoted to an international airport. In 2006, the second phase of the reconstruction and expansion project of Nanchang Changbei International Airport broke ground and was put into use in 2009. On May 23, 2011, Terminal T2 of Nanchang Changbei International Airport was officially opened.
According to comprehensive information in November 2018, Nanchang Changbei International Airport has a T1 terminal building of 27,000 square meters, a T2 terminal building of 96,600 square meters, a runway of 3,400 meters, and 51 parking spaces, which can meet the needs of A330, B777, B747 and other Full-weight take-off and landing of large, medium and large passenger aircraft.
In 2017, Nanchang Airport completed a passenger throughput of 10.93 million passengers, a year-on-year increase of 39.0%, with a net increase of 3.07 million passenger throughput; 89,000 flights took off and landed, a year-on-year increase of 35.2%; cargo and mail throughput was 52,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 33,000 %; respectively ranked 31st, 35th and 34th in China.
